If you send personal pictures/nude pics of yourself or anyone, you can and most likely will have charges pressed against you. If the photo has participants and they are under 18, the police may arrest possibly all of you on kiddie porn charges. Or they can charge a student with pandering obscenities involving a minor (A FELONY).
There are real serious consequences for being a participant on any level! Not only is this a bad idea, but it’s considered a pretty serious crime in most states. You need and must be responsible for your actions and be willing to suffer all consequences.
Think before you press SEND. Once you send the picture out, it is out for life! Are YOU WILLING to suffer all CONSEQUENCES?
