Our Mission
To help every child find their voice and express themselves in their unique way.
Our History
A and S Youth Productions, A Child is Waiting, LLC is a production company formed in 2011 when the founder saw a need for a platform where youth could be free to express themselves. An experienced performer, she thought that the performing arts would be a wonderful vehicle for kids to learn about theater while addressing real issues that affect them. The company has presented several plays, including “Me”, a play about bullying. The company has already received requests to perform at various venues such as the Cincinnati Black Family Reunion and Anti-Bullying Awareness events.
